Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those services.
Phone Numbers
When you purchase a virtual phone number through TINE, we store the number and its association with your account. This is required for the service to function.
Call & Message Data
We store metadata about your calls (date, time, duration, caller/recipient numbers) and the content of SMS messages you send and receive through the platform. This data is necessary to provide the communication service.
Contacts
Contacts you create within TINE (names, phone numbers, emails, companies, lead tags, and notes) are stored in your account.
Usage & Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our service. We do not track you across other websites.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party providers (PayPal). We do not store your full credit card or bank account details. We receive only transaction confirmations and payment status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the TINE platform and its features
- Process phone calls, SMS messages, and other communications you initiate
- Manage your account, billing, and purchased phone numbers
- Send service-related notifications (e.g., incoming call alerts, billing receipts)

3. How We Share Your Information
Service Providers
We share data with third-party services that help us operate TINE, including Twilio (telephony), Firebase (authentication and database), and PayPal (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
Team Members
If you join or create a team, other team members (and team owners/admins) may see activity on shared team numbers, including call logs and message metadata.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
If TINE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Cloud (Firebase) and other infrastructure partners. Data may be stored and processed in the United States.
Security Measures
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

TINE is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
TINE is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using TINE, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of TINE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
