Questions every dealer asks

CRM integrations are in active development. VinSolutions sync (contacts in, call activity logged to the lead) is being built first with design partners — Independent and Group plan customers get early access at no extra cost when it ships. DealerSocket and CDK follow based on demand. Book a demo to get on the early-access list and influence the priority.

We port them in for free. The process takes 2–4 weeks (carrier-dependent). During port, your number rings on both the old line and TINE so you don't miss a call. After port, the old line is released and you stop paying for it.

Call recording prompts auto-detect the buyer's state. Two-party consent states (CA, FL, IL, MA, PA, WA + 6 others) get an audible disclosure before the call connects. For outbound, we don't auto-dial — that would create TCPA exposure on cold calls. Click-to-call only, with consent baked into your lead capture forms.

Mandatory in the US since 2023. We handle brand and campaign registration with The Campaign Registry as part of onboarding. Independent and Group plans include the registration fees. Approval takes 1–3 weeks; we'll keep your existing SMS flow on a verified TINE pool until your brand is approved.

You deactivate their TINE seat in one click. The number stays under the dealership. You assign it to the next rep — they get the full call and SMS history, internal notes, and tag. The departing rep's personal cell is unaffected. Customer relationships don't walk out the door.

Yes. iOS and Android apps ship in Q1 2026 with team mode (caller ID shows the dealership number, calls and SMS sync to the shared inbox). Until then, reps use the web app — works on mobile browsers. Desk phones aren't required and we don't sell them.

CallRail tracks calls and SMS for marketing attribution — it doesn't replace your phone system. RingCentral replaces your phone system but doesn't solve rep churn, speed-to-lead, or CRM-native lead routing. TINE does both jobs in one product, priced under either of them, and ships built for auto retail specifically.
