About TINE

What TINE does

TINE gives you a second phone number that anyone can call or text from a normal phone. You use it in any web browser, on your laptop or your phone, so you don't need a second SIM, an eSIM or another device. When you call or text from TINE, people see your TINE number, never your personal one.

People use TINE for selling on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, dating apps, a work or side-business line, account sign-ups, and keeping a US, UK or Canadian number while living abroad. Teams can share numbers, and developers can use the TINE API to buy numbers and send messages.

Who runs TINE

TINE is a trading name of Pluto Tech Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our CEO is Pluto. Checkout is handled by Stripe.

What to expect

• TINE numbers receive verification codes from most apps and websites. Some services, often banks, refuse all virtual numbers, so test any service that matters to you.
• Emergency calls (911, 999, 112) aren't supported. Use your phone's own dialer.
• There's no contract. You can cancel from your account at any time.
